Overview:Established in 2000, United International (Yangzhou) Garments Factory Company Ltd. has quickly grown to become one of the most progressive manufacturers in the outerwear industry. Our international company is focused on creating high-quality products that meet green environmental standards through the use of innovative technology.Our company produces casual wear, outerwear jackets, down jackets, pants, and other clothing products. United International (Yangzhou) Garments Factory not only supplies the China market, but the majority of the production is exported to North America (USA and Canada), Central America (Mexico), South America (Columbia, Venezuela, Argentina), Europe (Spain, France, UK), Australia, as well as to other countries. The company headquarters is located in Yangzhou, China, with convenient transportation to Shanghai and the Nanjing Port. United International has an annual output of approximately six million units and generates an annual turnover in excess of $70MM per year. Our extensive operations include: three fully-owned computerized managed factories consisting of 2000 employees, 20 automatic hanging sewing lines and one computerized/automated warehouse. United International is compliant and certified with WRAP, Smeta, PVH, Costco, Meijer, Zara and ISO 9001 quality system. Major customers include: Walmart, Costco, Free Country, ZARA, Meijer and Sheveran.Quality & Innovation:Quality control and quality assurance are central to the factory's output with a dedicated team of both in-line and office based QA/QC managers and staff, monitoring production to ensure the highest quality of finished goods. Innovation is at the forefront with United International creating a modern center for sample development and production preparation. We invested in 3D technology that enables designers to properly evaluate fitting and color matching prior to sampling. Additionally, we have set up a fabric and trim sourcing center in Shanghai to ensure compliance with our strict standards as well as our customer requirements. It also enables us to react quickly to the changing market demands with reliable solutions. Environmental Footprint: United International embodies the concept of environmental protection and fully believes in the importance of sustainability. We currently use the Higg Index to inform our sustainability journey and are on our way to becoming a GRS-certified factory.
